  • Will I receive a order confirmation email?

You should receive a confirmation email after placing your order. Please check your Junk Folder if it's not been received in your normal inbox. If you still haven't received an email please get in touch via hello@treatboxx.co.uk 

  • Where can I find Nutritional Info/Ingredients?

  • How can I pay?
    We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), ApplePay, and PayPal. 

 

  • What are my Shipping options? How much does Shipping cost?

  • INTERNATIONAL

     We currently do not ship outside of the UK due to upcoming Brexit changes - this will be reviewed in the New Year.

     

  • How long will it take for you to dispatch my order?

    We ship orders everyday Monday - Friday. Any orders received after 2pm on Thursdays will be dispatched on the following Monday. Any orders placed over the Weekend will be shipped the Next Working Day. We aim to have a 1-3 day turnaround, however during particularly busy times this may be extended to 3-5 days.

 
  • I’ve entered the wrong delivery information? Help!

    Please contact us ASAP via our Contact page labelling the Subject as “URGENT” and we will do our best to get this changed for you. If your order is shipped before this we cannot be liable.

 
  • Can I add a personalised Gift note?

    Yes of course! There is a section in the Cart where you can leave your note and we will print it out on our Sweet Patterned Cards and place in your order. We also don’t send any invoices with any of our parcels (to save on paper) so no one will know what you’ve paid etc… if receiving as a Gift.

     

  • Do you issue refunds?
    We can only issue refunds if items are broken or missing. We are not able to refund orders that are not to individual preferences. If you wish to raise a refund request, please notify us in writing at hello@treatboxx.co.uk
    We will require photographic evidence of any damage and we must be notified within 24 hours of receiving your order to be assessed for refund eligibility.
